Materials:

  • Rice
  • Mix vegetables
  • Red chillies
  • Spices
  • Ginger garlic chili paste
  • Coriander
  • Onion
  • tomato
  • curry leaves
  • salt
  • ghee
  • Mint

Action:

  • To prepare Hariyali Rice, first of all, take rice in a bowl, wash it with water and keep it to soak in water for sometime.
  • Add ginger, garlic, coriander, green chillies and mint leaves to a fine paste in a mixer bowl.
  • Heat ghee in a cooker. After the ghee is heated, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and ground spices and fry it. Then add onion and tomato to it and keep it for cooking.
  • Add salt to taste to cook the onion faster. Then add the prepared green masala to it and saute it. After roasting the masala, add some turmeric and pulao masala and mix it.
  • After roasting all the spices properly, add the chopped vegetables and soaked rice and mix well.
  • Add water to the cooker as much as rice and remove 4 whistles from the cooker. After opening the lid, add coriander to it.
  • Ready delicious healthy green rice made in easy way.
