The discussion surrounding the proper classification of reservations in Uttar Pradesh politics has intensified. Om Prakash Rajbhar, the national president of the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party and a minister in the UP government, has sharply criticized Akhilesh Yadav, the leader of the Samajwadi Party, regarding this matter. Through a social media post, Rajbhar not only expressed his views but also raised questions about Yadav's political strategies.
In his post on X, Rajbhar pointed out that Yadav's discomfort is clearly visible since losing power. He accused the Samajwadi Party of previously coercing the Rajbhar community to bolster their rallies, while now, this community is participating in governance with dignity, which has made the SP leadership uneasy.
Rajbhar claimed that a 'Chakravyuh' has been created to prevent the backward and extremely backward classes from receiving their rightful benefits. He emphasized that if reservations are classified correctly, the genuine beneficiaries will gain advantages, potentially destabilizing certain political parties.
Additionally, Rajbhar urged Akhilesh Yadav to advise his supporters to exercise restraint. He asserted that recent incidents have targeted members of the Rajbhar community, attributing this to a negative atmosphere. He warned that persistent hatred against any community leads to such adverse situations.
Rajbhar further accused the Samajwadi Party government of neglecting the rights of backward classes, extremely backward classes, and Dalits. He made it clear that the Rajbhar community has become more aware and is now standing up for its rights. He conveyed a strong message that this community will not bow to any political pressure.
