After the onset of summer season, various cold drinks are consumed to quench the thirst. Sometimes the thirst is quenched by drinking buttermilk, lassi and sometimes cold drink, soda or cold water. But in hot summer days Varna gets very thirsty after the throat dries up. Always drink cold water or cold drink after thirst.Always drinking soda is not good for body. Therefore, more emphasis should be placed on drinking home-made cold drinks during the growing summer. That’s why today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make Pan Gulkand Sarbat in an easy way. The syrup made in this way will be effective for the body in addition to the taste. Veeda leaves are eaten to reduce the heat build up in the body during summer days. Gulkand made using rose petals and jaggery keeps the body cool. Materials:

  • Vidya’s page
  • Fennel
  • Gulkand
  • Cardamom
  • sugar
  • milk
  • Ice cubes

Prepare sweet and sour mango ice cream at home using 3 ingredients, a relief from the hot sun

Action:

  • To make chilled gulkand sorbet, wash the vetiver leaves thoroughly with water. Then grind it by hand.
  • In a mixer bowl, add pieces of vida leaves, soaked fennel, gulkand, green cardamom and granulated sugar and grind it finely.
  • Then add water to it and make a smooth paste.
  • Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the leaf paste in a serving glass and mix with cold water or cold milk. Add ice cubes to the prepared syrup and serve to drink.
  • Chilled leaf syrup made in easy way is ready. After drinking this syrup, freshness and energy will remain in the body.
