But some people get rashes or pimples on their face after eating mangoes. This problem occurs due to wrong eating of mangoes. Right time and right way of eating mangoes can lead to breakouts and pimples. Apart from this, mango should not be consumed with any food. This is more likely to harm the body. Mango has natural heat. Due to which, when mangoes are eaten in large quantities, the body temperature increases. This body heat escapes through the skin. Due to this, some people get acne on their face and sometimes they get big pimples on their face. Mangoes have a very high glycemic index. This causes the blood sugar to rise rapidly and is more likely to harm the body. Due to the increase in insulin levels in the blood, sebum increases and large pimples appear on the face.

Soak the mangoes bought from the market in a big bowl of water for 1 or 2 hours. This helps in reducing the phytic acid present in mangoes. Pimples or pimples do not occur on the face due to natural heat reduction in mangoes. As mangoes are kept in water, they are easily digested and do not cause any skin problems.
