Logistics AI unicorn Netradyne has acquired Europe-based fleet management company Moove Connected Mobility to strengthen its presence in the market.
With this acquisition, Netradyne plans to combine its AI-driven platform with Moove’s customer relationships and operational experience to strengthen its enterprise offerings in Europe. However, it did not disclose the financial details of the deal.
Moove will now become a part of Netradyne Europe. The acquired entity will serve as the central operating hub for regional sales, customer engagement, partnerships, and market development.
As part of the acquisition, Moove’s former CEO Jeroen Bruinooge will assume the role of SVP and general manager of Netradyne Europe.
Founded in 2017, Moove helps companies manage and optimise their vehicle fleets using data and technology by connecting vehicles, drivers, and data systems into one platform. The company uses telematics, IoT, and analytics to track and improve performance.
“By bringing together Moove’s local expertise and relationships with Netradyne’s AI platform, we are uniquely positioned to support European fleets at scale while staying deeply anchored in the region,” Netradyne CEO cofounder Avneesh Agrawal said on the acquisition.
Founded in 2015 by Agrawal and David Julian, Netradyne provides AI-powered technologies for fleet management and driver safety. It offers tools such as video safety cameras, fleet performance analytics, and driver awareness systems to reduce risky behaviour and encourage safer driving. Its flagship product, Driver.i, enables fleet operators to visually monitor and assess driver behaviour.
The startup offers its services in markets including North America, Europe, and Asia.
Netradyne entered the unicorn club in 2025 after raising $90 Mn in its Series D funding round led by existing backer Point72 Private Investments. Reliance, M12, SoftBank, Qualcomm Ventures, and Pavilion Capital are among its other notable backers.
