Netradyne, an AI-powered fleet safety and performance solutions company, today announced the acquisition of Moove Connected Mobility, a European fleet intelligence and connected mobility company with operations across major European markets.

This acquisition is part of Netradyne’s global expansion and reflects its focus on Europe as a region of operations. By combining Netradyne’s AI-driven edge intelligence platform with Moove’s local presence, customer base, and operational experience, the company aims to build a foundation to serve enterprise customers across the continent.

Following the acquisition, Moove will become part of Netradyne Europe and serve as an operating hub for regional sales, customer engagement, partnerships, and market development. The combined organisation is expected to support Netradyne’s operations in Europe while maintaining proximity to customers, regulators, and partners.

The move is part of Netradyne’s plans to expand its AI operations with regional presence and continued investment in its markets.
