Mahadev & Sons News: A big and shocking news is coming out from the television industry. Senior actress Mansi Salvi, who played the lead role of Bhanu Bajpayee in Colors TV's popular show 'Mahadev and Sons', has left the show. But, this is no ordinary exit. This matter has now turned into a serious legal and contract dispute between Mansi and the makers (production house) of the show. Mansi has made many serious allegations against producer Saurabh Tiwari and now she is preparing to file a defamation case.
A few months ago, when 'Mahadev & Sons' went on air, Mansi Salvi was promoted as a 'principal lead'. But, soon news started coming from the set of the show that Mansi may leave the show. Initially it was believed that he was angry due to less screen time and reduced working days. While talking to 'The Free Press Journal', Mansi has now broken her silence on these reports and revealed the layers of the entire controversy.

Mansi told that she had formally written an email to producer Saurabh Tiwari and the channel head informing them about her decision to leave the show by May 15. But, he did not get any reply. Mansi alleges that the producers of the show were constantly trying to convey to her by sending messages and voice notes that the channel does not want her in the show, and only the producers are supporting her. Mansi said, “I was manipulated for 7 months. My work schedule became irregular and my appearances in episodes were also reduced.”
Mansi told that when she sent the exit email, she received a reply on April 21, in which it was written, it was a pleasure to work with you in the show 'Mahadev and Sons'. We will finish your work before 15th May. Please collect a copy of your contract signed by the producer from our office.
But, the real twist in the story came on May 1. Mansi said, "On May 1, 11 days after sending the exit mail, I received another email saying that they were withdrawing the previous mail and renewing the old contract. This is not legally valid. My lawyers responded the same day that this is not legally valid." Mansi says that after this the producer did not give any reply, but instead went to the media and associations and spoke against her.

Mansi has now decided to fight this matter legally. He said, "I have realized that remaining silent in an ongoing legal matter is no longer considered a dignity. It is often considered a weakness, leading to false narratives. Therefore, I have now decided to put the truth out clearly." Mansi will file a defamation case against Saurabh Tiwari.
Mansi has also raised an old and serious issue of the industry. He said, "Actors are often signed as primary leads with the promise of 26 working days, but are used for very short days (10 days in my case). Yet, the 'exclusivity clause' prevents us from taking up second work. This balance is neither fair nor professional."
Mansi Salvi said that she has started new work on the basis of CINTAA guidelines and the official exit communication received from the makers. She assured her fans, "Your support means everything to me. I will remain committed to my profession, my principles and the law. Will meet you soon in a new project."
