April is over, and it might have been a little slow when it comes to new beauty launches, but it sure was quite a fun month since it was a chance to review products while taking my own sweet time at it. From some iconic brands and launches to trying some cult products, there's a lot that is in store for the April's editor's picks, and here's the complete list for you to take your pick from.
iDiva Editor’s Picks For April 2026 (Beauty Edition)Let’s look at all the products I tried in April that made the cut to this curated list.
1. Guess La Mia Bella Vita Women EDPRating: 8.5/10
With strong notes of candied rose, lychee, and vanilla, it offers something for most girls who love something romantic but also different. It is an ideal pick for summers, and if you are a vanilla girlie, then this is most definitely going to have a permanent spot in your collection.
The packaging is pretty, but some might think it is a dupe because of the quality it comes with.
2. Charlotte Tilbury Rock 'N' Kohl - Barbarella BrownRating: 9/10
I have been rooting for brown kajals over black for ages now, and ever since I understood beauty a bit better. If you aren't big on kohl because of the way your eyes look with the leftovers, smudging them might just be the best way, and this one comes with an applicator for the same. It's a very brown-skin-friendly colour, and once you use it meticulously, you'll find yourself adding it to the cart again, soon.
3. DIOR Forever Skin Perfect FoundationRating: 10/10
I've been meaning to get a luxury foundation stick for a while now, and it was only recently that my shade was finally in stock online. I was torn between Charlotte Tilbury and Dior, and eventually, the latter became the better pick of the two for the coverage and how it sits over a few hours. If you want to invest in a nice foundation stick, let it be this splurge.
4. Philips One Stroke Hair StraightenerRating: 9/10
I have been a loyalist to Philips straighteners, and still use my sister's decade-old pink straightener, because it is that good. After all this time of trying and testing so many of them, I think this one might make for a decent replacement, because it works really well. If you're someone who has stubborn frizzy hair that just won't straighten easily, then this is for you. I am not sure how it'd work for the curly hair girls, but it is sure worth trying.
5. Kay Beauty Hydra Glow Tinted SunscreenRating: 9/10
If you are looking for a tint that has SPF, but at the same time, also works in the hot and humid weather, then this might be it. As someone who uses SPF mists over all else, I have been using the tint regularly, and I think they make for a good pick on days you want to look put together, but at the same time, you don't want to have a full face of makeup. Layer it up with a concealer, and you have a no-makeup makeup look right there.
6. Maybelline Cloudtopia Cheek & Lip Mousse
Tira Beauty
Rating: 8.5/10
If you like products that have a mousse-like texture, then this lip and cheek tint/blush might just be your next favourite product. It works really well on all skin types (I have tried it on dry, skin and combination skin), and it has a very distinct finish. My only complaint is that the colours might not all be a very great pick for darkern skin tones, but a bunch of them work, so there's that.
7. Dr.Jart+ Cryo Rubber Soothing Mask
Nykaa
Rating: 10/10
Rubber masks continue to find popularity, and while Dr.Jart has had the best options for these masks, the reformulated version comes with 2% peptide, and the soothing masks are best for this weather. It is like an at-home treatment, and thanks to the Allantoin and peptide, it also calms your skin, while repairing the skin barrier, and helps visibly relieve skin from any heat or irritation.
8. Schwarzkopf Professional Oil Ultime Rose Oil
Nykaa
Rating: 9/10
The oil works very well even if you have fine hair, and because it is one of the lightweight options available to cater to stressed hair, it doesnt compromise on the shine or softness, ensuring that your hair feels light. You can also easily use it as a multi-purpose serum. I read someone say that they used it on their wet hair and then followed through with their hair routine, and that was a game-changer, TBH!
9. 3Tenx HYDRIFY GLOSS MIST
3TenX
Rating: 8.5/10
If you want to add life to your dry and dull hair, then this could come in handy for you. However, you still need your regular serum/leave-in-conditioner before you use this, because it is not going to help you with frizz. Also, I personally love the fragrance, but if you are into fragrance-free products, then this isn't for you. Nonetheless, it does the job of a hydrating glossy mist well, and right now is a good time to invest in one.
10. Raise Fall Fighter Scalp Exfoliator
Raise Beauty
Rating: 9/10
I have been using this pre-cleanse treatment for a while now, and honestly, when my best friend told me my hair looks healthier, I knew this is one of the top products I have to credit. If you are still sitting on the importance of having a healthy scalp, let this product be your introduction to taking care of it. The difference is that all you need to be regular at it.
11. Beauty Garage ScalpSense Dandruff Shampoo & Conditioner Combo
Beauty Garage
Rating: 8/10
This is a professional-grade brand that has been on my radar for a while. When I first tried their products at a parlour, is when I was convinced that this shampoo and conditioner combo is actually good. If you are dealing with dandruff, then this might just become your go-to combo, and there is no two ways about it. Take my word for it, because it has all the oils that help you with the scalp issues, and the niacinamide helps you with the scalp barrier as well as dryness, therefore giving you healthier-looking hair.
So, what are you shopping for this month?
