The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2026 on May 3, 2026, at various centers across India and abroad. Following the conclusion of the examination, the NTA has now released the provisional answer keys for question papers across all sets. The answer key is available in PDF format on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Students who participated in the examination can immediately download the provisional answer key by visiting the website or by using the direct link provided on this page.

**Objections Can Be Raised Once OMR Answer Sheets Are Available**
Students who appeared for the NEET UG examination can cross-check their responses against the provisional answer key to estimate their potential results. The scanned OMR Answer Sheets will soon be made available on the official website. Subsequently, students will be able to register objections against them within the specified dates. To register an objection, a fee of ₹200 per question must be paid.

**41% of Students Hail from Just 4 States**
The NEET UG examination was conducted by the NTA on May 3. A total of 22.7 lakh students had registered for this examination. However, students from four states of the country have demonstrated a dominant presence in this examination. Out of the total number of students, 9.4 lakh candidates from the states of Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar, and Rajasthan appeared for the exam, accounting for 41 percent of the total.
