CM Yogi congratulates Suvendu Adhikari, speaks on Bengal's development journey

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath congratulated Suvendu Adhikari and members of the newly formed government in West Bengal following the swearing-in ceremony held in Kolkata.

In a post shared on social media platform X, Yogi Adityanath expressed confidence that West Bengal would move toward cultural, spiritual, and economic progress under the leadership of Suvendu Adhikari and the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Referring to the slogan “Sonar Bangla,” he said he hoped the new administration would work toward fulfilling public aspirations and strengthening democratic values in the state.

The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister also congratulated the ministers who took oath in the new government and stated that public service should remain a priority for the administration. He expressed hope that the new leadership would contribute toward restoring the state’s cultural and developmental identity.

The swearing-in ceremony of the new BJP-led government in West Bengal was attended by senior NDA leaders, Union ministers, and chief ministers from several states. The event marked the formal beginning of the new administration after the BJP’s electoral victory in the state.
