Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar: The Revenge released on March 19, and ever since, it has only broken records, even the most iconic ones, including its emergence as the highest-grossing film of the year and the second-highest-grossing Indian film of all time. While actors have spoken about the success, Arjun Rampal recently spoke about the film’s success as well as the overwhelming love coming his way.

I think for the whole team it has been phenomenal. Way, way, way beyond anybody’s wildest dreams or imagination. It just throws you into a sense of gratitude."

Both films in the franchise have been solid hits, and the cast and crew are still processing the film’s success. He also spoke about being in touch with director Dhar after the film’s run at the box office, among other things, and said that the atmosphere within the team has been nothing short of surreal, given the overwhelming response and the love coming their way.
He said, “Oh yeah. They’re all dudes, man. They’re all ‘Dhurandhars’. Everybody’s in shock. There’s so much dopamine going on."
He further revealed that Aditya has also been trying to piece things together, given the fan frenzy around the film, and said that he has been visiting temples frequently because he likes spending time in spiritual places. Arjun also added how the film’s success has gone down with the movie, and said that the most special part of the journey has been everyone’s effort to continue being grounded amid the excitement, despite the response. Adding how he disconnected after the film’s release himself, he said. “As soon as the film released, I went back home to Goa. I’ve been with my family, spending time in nature and just being at peace.”
