Bihar BEd CET 2026: The online application process for the Bihar BEd Entrance Examination (CET Bihar BEd) 2026 has commenced. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, has opened the registration window. The university is scheduled to conduct the BEd Common Entrance Test on June 7. The deadline for submitting applications is May 18. Applications submitted with a late fee will be accepted from May 19 to May 21. Candidates interested in seeking admission to the two-year BEd and Shiksha Shastri programs may submit their online applications by visiting the official website: https://biharcetbed-brabu.in/.

Subsequently, on May 22 and 23, candidates will be able to make corrections to their application forms and complete the final fee payment. Admit cards for the BEd Entrance Examination will be issued in June. The BEd Common Entrance Test itself is scheduled to take place on June 7. The answer key for the examination will be released on June 8—the day following the exam.

The results are scheduled to be declared on June 19.

Who is eligible to appear for the Entrance Examination?
For admission to the two-year B.Ed. program, candidates must have passed their Graduation or Post-Graduation in Science, Social Science, Humanities, or Commerce with a minimum of 50% marks. Alternatively, candidates must have passed a B.E./B.Tech. degree with a specialization in Science and Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks.

To appear for the 'Shiksha Shastri' Joint Entrance Examination, candidates must hold a 'Shastri' degree or a B.A. degree—with Sanskrit as a major subject—from a recognized university. Alternatively, candidates must possess a Post-Graduate (PG) degree in Sanskrit or an 'Acharya' degree in Traditional Sanskrit Shastra.
