What Can the Meta AI Assistant Do?
With the help of this AI tool, business users will be able to write better product descriptions. Additionally, they can generate images and content for their product catalogs, set up marketing campaigns, learn new skills related to business growth, and receive suggestions for improving their business profiles. Meta states that this feature will be particularly useful for small business owners who lack—or do not have access to—a dedicated marketing team or content experts.

How to Use It?
If you wish to use this feature, first navigate to the "Business Chats" tab. Here, you will see the Meta AI Assistant; you can either select from suggested prompts or ask your own questions directly. Furthermore, you can also ask the AI Assistant questions directly via the search bar. Once a conversation begins, it will be saved in the "Chats" section under the name "Business Assistant."

What Information Will Meta Receive?
Meta has clarified that when the AI Assistant is used, user prompts, AI-generated messages, feedback, and business profile data may be accessed by the company. This is done to enable the AI to provide better responses to the user. However, users will also have the option to delete AI chats and remove previously shared information.

Additionally, Meta has issued a disclaimer warning that not all responses generated by the AI may be entirely accurate; some may even be inappropriate. Therefore, users are advised to verify any critical business-related information before utilizing it.

Can It Be Removed?
Yes—if a user does not like this feature, they can choose to remove it from their account. To do so, they must follow these steps. You can delete the chat named "Business assistant" from your Chats tab, just as you would any other standard chat.

Additionally, you can select and delete specific individual chats or messages exchanged with the AI.

You also have the option to remove information previously shared with Meta AI.
