Soybean – 200 grams
Water
Salt- as per taste
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
Sugar – a pinch
Peanuts- ¾ cup
White sesame seeds – 2 teaspoons
Garlic cloves – 6-8 cloves
Green chillies- 4-6
Green Coriander – 1 cup
Oil- 2/3 teaspoon
Onion- 2 medium sized
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice- 2 teaspoons
Thecha Soya Recipe
First of all, add salt, sugar and ginger-garlic paste to soybean in boiling water and boil for 6-8 minutes. After it becomes soft, cover it and leave it in boiling water for 2 minutes. After this, squeeze it out of water and keep it aside.
Will prepare the contract in the next step. For this, add some oil in a pan and fry the peanuts and after roasting the peanuts, we will fry the white sesame seeds. After this, fry the chilli and garlic lightly in the pan. After cooling down, grind everything coarsely with salt on a mortar and pestle.
Now heat a big pan on gas and then add oil in it. Cut an onion into slices and fry it until it turns light brown. Now add soybeans to it. Add coriander powder and red chilli powder and cook for 2-3 minutes. Until the spices coat the soya.
After this, slow down the gas and add the prepared thecha to the soya. Also add a little water and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
After this, turn off the gas and pour lemon juice on top. Also finely chop an onion and coriander and garnish with it. Hot thecha soya is ready.
