Bengaluru: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has directed candidates who have applied for admission to professional courses but have not yet completed document verification to get their documents verified at the nearest government PU college before May 21.

KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna said only those candidates whose claim certificates carry the remark “Claims Not Verified” need to visit the government PU colleges for verification.

Candidates who have claimed reservations under Kannada medium education, rural quota, linguistic minority and religious minority categories must complete verification if their claim certificate shows “Not Verified,” he said.

According to KEA, some candidates had failed to complete document verification even when earlier opportunities were provided. Hence, another chance has now been given.

Candidates whose applications display both “Claimed” and “Verified” do not need to attend the verification process again.
