First of all, put a layer of beetroot flavored ice cream in a big bowl or ice cream mold. Spread another layer of saffron flavor over it. Then add the third layer of pistachio flavor. Now add the vanilla ice cream mixture on top and level it with the help of a spatula. After this, keep it in the freezer overnight to set.
When the ice cream is completely frozen, rinse the mold with light water so that the ice cream can come out easily. After this, coat it well with biscuit crumbs. Now cut Cassata Ice Cream into slices and serve garnished with whipped cream, condensed milk, cherries and mint leaves.
