From children to adults, everyone loves to eat paneer. Paneer Masala, Matar Paneer, Palak Paneer etc. are made from Paneer. Tasty dishes are made from paneer after guests come to the house or some crave for some sparkling food. After buying milk, it tends to crack when heated. Lumps form in the milk and the water separates completely. In such a case, it is often not suggested what kind of food should be made from the split milk. In that case you can make instant masala paneer. Homemade Paneer is soft and fresh, otherwise it tastes wonderful. Harmful chemical properties are used in the making of bought paneer. Due to which the body is more likely to be harmed. So if you want to eat paneer forever, you should eat home made paneer. Materials:

  • Spoiled milk
  • salt
  • Chaat masala
  • Lemon juice
  • cumin
  • Chili flakes
  • Coriander
  • Black pepper powder

Action:

  • To make masala paneer, first of all, mix lemon juice with milk. Also, if you have skimmed milk available, add lemon juice to it and heat it slightly.
  • Add cumin, chili flakes, finely chopped coriander, salt and black pepper to the hot milk and heat the milk. Do not add water to milk at all.
  • After the milk is completely separated, turn off the gas and pour it on a cotton cloth to remove the water from it. Then tie the cloth in a knot and place any heavy utensil on it.
  • This will completely remove the water from the milk and help the milk thicken. Leave the hard stuff down for 3 to 4 hours to set the paneer.
  • After the water in the paneer is completely gone, the taste is also better. Keep all the items aside and remove the paneer from the cloth.
  • Cut the prepared paneer into pieces and fry in oil till it turns light brown.
  • Spicy paneer made in a simple way is ready. Everyone in the house will like this dish very much.
