Peddi, starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, has completed its censorship formalities ahead of its  . The sports drama, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, has now received a U/A 16+ certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification, with details of its runtime and suggested modifications also surfacing online. According to the makers, Peddi has a final runtime of 189 minutes, which translates to 3 hours and 9 minutes. The certification details were reportedly issued on May 22, 2026.     As part of the certification process, the CBFC recommended a few changes in the film. The word “Rajasthan” and a reference to a community were reportedly deleted, while six words were muted or modified in the sports drama. Despite the edits and replacements, the final runtime of the film remains unchanged at 3 hours and 9 minutes. The development comes days after the makers unveiled the official trailer of the film during a grand launch event held in Mumbai.   In  ,while   stars as Achiyamma.
