If you have dandruff problem, use clove water. Eugenol, a bioactive compound present in cloves, helps prevent fungal infections and improves blood circulation. It helps in strengthening your hair follicles.

Coconut oil is best for oil pulling, which has antibacterial and antifungal properties. In the morning on an empty stomach, put 1 teaspoon coconut oil in the mouth and swish it around for 10 to 15 minutes, then spit it out and wash the mouth with warm water.
washing hair with reetha
