A leading telecom company in India Jio has launched a new OTT pass in India. According to the telecom service provider, the company has introduced this new plan as an all-in-one entertainment and connectivity offering. With a validity of 28 days, this plan is a perfect combination of OTT benefits, live television and mobile data. The company claims that the services offered in this bundle cost around Rs 1,500 per month. That includes access to 15 premium OTT platforms, over 1,000 live TV channels, 30GB of high-speed data and unlimited 5G connectivity.

The telecom operator has priced this Jio OTT pass at Rs 200 only. The validity of this plan is 28 days. The plan is now available in India across all telecom circles through the MyJio app, Jio.com, retail stores and third-party recharge platforms. Customers need to have an active Jio base plan to activate this add-on. Jio OTT Pass will offer users subscription to 15 OTT platforms. Users will get access to JioHotstar Mobile + Hollywood and Prime Video Mobile Edition. Users will also be able to watch content from 12 more streaming platforms through JioTV. These include Sony Liv, Zee 5, Lionsgate Play, Discovery Plus, Sun NXT, Fancode, Kancha Lannaka, Planet Marathi, Chaupal, Hoichoi, Timesplay and Tarang Plus.
The most special thing about this plan is that users will get YouTube Premium subscription. This subscription, which comes with Jio OTT Pass, will offer benefits such as ad-free video viewing, background playback and offline downloads on supported devices.

Apart from the OTT subscription, this pass will also offer access to over 1,000 live TV channels through JioTV. It includes more than 150 paid channels across entertainment, movies, sports, regional programs, information and entertainment and children’s programs from broadcasters such as Jiostar, Sony Entertainment Television, Sun TV Network, Warner Bros. Discovery and ETV.
Talking about connectivity, users will get 30GB 4G/5G data. Eligible users will also get the benefit of unlimited 5G data. which will be valid for the duration of the customer’s active base plan and will have a maximum of 28 days. However, customers should note that this does not include voice calling benefits.
