Jude Bellingham’s girlfriend, Ashlyn Castro, has issued an emotional clarification regarding her past relationships, addressing widespread speculation and false claims about her dating history.

Reports suggest that Bellingham began dating the model and social media influencer in January. However, soon after their relationship became public, Castro decided to address the rumours surrounding her previous relationships. The 27-year-old described the matter as “extremely personal” and admitted that discussing it left her “shaking”.

Speaking in a video on TikTok, Castro explained: “I don’t even know where to begin, but I’ll try my best to talk about it. It’s very uncomfortable for me to sit in front of a camera and discuss my personal life. I’ve hardly ever spoken on camera before, so please bear with me. People have attacked and harassed me from every direction, showing so much disrespect — it’s just been overwhelming. Let’s address this so-called dating history. I have had three boyfriends in the last eight years. My first relationship was in 2017 with someone who’s a public figure. Because of that, people started making up things about me online. Before that, there wasn’t anything about me on the internet, so people invented stories just to justify their hate. Since then, over the past six years, I’ve been in two more relationships — that’s three in total.”
She continued: “I’m literally shaking because I’m not ready to discuss this online. This is extremely personal — this is my real life. I shouldn’t even have to talk about this. But going forward, I want to use my platform to speak about things that truly matter, like mental health. That’s something I’ve always wanted to do, but I just wasn’t ready until now.”

Rumours have circulated that the Los Angeles-born influencer, who boasts over 500,000 followers across TikTok and Instagram, had previously been linked romantically with American basketball players Terance Mann and LaMelo Ball, as well as Hollywood actor Michael B. Jordan. However, Castro did not name anyone specifically, reiterating that she has only had three relationships and that much of what is said about her has been fabricated.
