White the internet is flooded with "travel warnings", there is an American travel creator who has fallen in love with the beauty of Bihar and is busting all myths around the state. Tony Klor (@tonykmontana) is a young traveller from America’s Stockton in California. He is attracting all attention on his videos from Bihar. Recently, the man posted a video from his journey into Darbhanga, Bihar. Surprisingly, it wasn’t about broken bridges or unfair play but it was a vibrant, love letter to Bihar’s culture, its people, and its rich culinary world.

The caption of the video reads:

“They told me not to come to Bihar. Now I don’t wanna leave. Dharbanga has been absolute kindness, culture, history, and hella hospitality.”

Let’s find out more about his experience of Bihar:

Darbhanga’s beauty

Bihar is a region too often burdened by unfair stereotypes from outsiders. In the first sentence, the creator acknowledges that many people had told him to skip Bihar entirely, but he did not pay any heed. Instead, he packed his bags and headed straight to Darbhanga, which is the historic heart of the Mithila region.
