Held in Thao Dien ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the event combined sports activities, yoga sessions and wellness discussions, drawing inspiration from the standard 90-minute duration of a football match.

Titled “90′ Interactive,” the event brought together 35 participants, including wellness professionals, content creators and community members, to discuss how movement, social connection and daily habits can contribute to physical and mental well-being amid increasingly demanding urban lifestyles.

The event also formed part of activities marking the 15th anniversary of Global Wellness Day, which this year is promoting the JoyMagenta campaign.

According to the organizers, the campaign encourages people to view joy as a sustainable daily practice built around four pillars: gratitude, connection, movement and creativity.

Henri Hubert, Global Wellness Day Vietnam ambassador and co-host of the event, said the program aimed to connect the spirit of sports with broader wellness awareness.

“With the World Cup 2026 approaching, I wanted to draw from the spirit of football to show that wellness is not a distant destination. It is a journey that requires discipline to build a solid foundation for community health,” Hubert said.

Participants took part in yoga sessions, football-inspired activities and discussions focused on sustainable wellness habits.

For many attendees, the event highlighted how wellness can be incorporated into everyday routines through small, manageable actions rather than major lifestyle changes.

Hana Tran, studio manager at Yoga Pod, said many office workers recognize the importance of self-care but often struggle to maintain healthy habits because of demanding schedules.

She said wellness practices are more sustainable when people begin with small behavioral changes and practical routines.

The event also reflected Logitech Vietnam’s broader employee wellness initiatives through its “Friday Wellness” program, which combines community engagement, wellness-focused content and in-person activities.

In recent quarters, the company has organized workshops, trail runs, fitness activities and wellness- collaborations with local partners and content creators.

Most recently, Logitech hosted “Humans in the Morning,” an urban photowalk involving digital creators and community participants.

According to the organizers, the initiative aims to encourage healthier work-life balance while strengthening community connections.

Representatives from Yoga Pod said Logitech’s approach extends beyond workplace ergonomics by supporting broader conversations around wellness and community engagement.

Logitech’s wellness- campaigns have also received recognition at regional industry competitions, including the Content Marketing Awards by Marketech APAC and the PR Awards Southeast Asia by Marketing Interactive.

Hubert said the recognition reflects growing interest in community-based wellness initiatives in Vietnam.

“This is a strong recognition for practical initiatives in Vietnam by a responsible brand that genuinely cares about community wellness,” he said.
