Big update for HDFC Bank customers, this service will remain closed on June 6, down time alert issued.

Private sector HDFC Bank has issued a downtime alert for the next week. Many banking services will be disrupted on June 6, 9 and 10. The bank has given information to this on its official website. But it is given. Customers may face problems in transactions. However the services will remain temporarily closed. Therefore, it is advised to complete important work at the right time.

This step has been taken due to schedule maintenance. During this period many upgrades will be made in the system. So that uninterrupted and fast services can be ensured. IMPS service will be disrupted on June 6 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM. You will not be able to transact using the customer’s platform. However, payment can be made through NEFT, UPI and RTGS.

This service will not be available on June 9

Select HDFC Bank credit card services will be disrupted for 2 hours 30 minutes from June 9th, 11:30 AM to June 10th, 2:00 AM. During this period, customers will not be able to update and inquire card control limit on any channel. However, re-issue, hot listing and other card inquiry features will remain available. Apart from this, debit card transactions will also be allowed up to the prescribed limit.

Alert issued from June 10th also

Forex prepaid card services are going to be affected on June 10 due to scheduled maintenance. Ecom, ATM withdrawal, POS, Tap and Pay transactions will not work for one hour from 1:00 AM to 2 AM. However, Forest Guard loading and instant reload facility will be available through prepaid card and net banking. Services will be available again after the scheduled time. During this period, customers will be able to avail other services.
