To his credit, Varun Dhawan displays remarkable energy as a man torn between two partners and two upcoming pregnancies. Varun Dhawan is the only member of the cast who doesn’t seem to be notice or care for how tired and stale the film is.
Jas (Dhawan) and Baani (Mrunal Thakur) are six months away from finalising their divorce. Jas desperately wants children, the career-oriented Baani doesn’t. While waiting for the divorce to come through, Jas meets Preet (Pooja Hegde) in London. Or is it Glasgow, as a sign in the background suggests?
Jas has all but forgotten his break-up sex session with Baani. She too has forgotten her career plans. Baani turns up in London/Glasgow/wherever to give Jas the good news on the same day as does Preet.
What a muddle! Baani is still legally Jas’s wife. Preet has a brother, Randhawa (Jimmy Shergill), who keeps reaching for his gun. Jas spends the 136-minute movie haring between the two women with his friend (Maniesh Paul) in tow.
