During the closing ceremony of the RSS worker development class held in Nagpur, Mohan Bhagwat, the chief of the RSS, along with prominent industrialist Kumar Mangalam Birla, shared crucial thoughts on India's current phase, global conditions, and the role of the RSS in nation-building. Both speakers emphasized that this is a pivotal time for India's rise, but it requires the nation to strengthen its preparedness, capabilities, and social unity.

Mohan Bhagwat remarked that India has the potential to offer comprehensive solutions to a world grappling with conflicts and crises. However, he pointed out that the lack of preparation is what holds the country back from becoming a 'Vishwaguru' (world leader). He stated, 'The time for India has come.' Bhagwat reiterated that India has long been recognized as a 'Vishwaguru' or should be, and it is essential to make this a reality. He questioned what is preventing this progress, attributing it to inadequate preparations. He stressed the need for India to become 'extremely prosperous' as the world listens to the powerful.

He further explained that while the world acknowledges India's truthfulness, mere honesty is not enough for acceptance. Bhagwat highlighted that powerful entities often act arbitrarily, while the powerless tend to comply. He noted that whether it involves invading another country or disrupting global oil supplies, such actions stem from power dynamics. He asserted that the world is in search of a new path, which India is poised to illuminate, but emphasized that preparation is crucial for this moment.

Kumar Mangalam Birla praised the RSS for its unwavering commitment to society and the nation over the past century, showcasing a unique example of service during challenging times. He noted that the RSS's greatest strength lies in its patriotism, discipline, and continuous efforts in character building. Birla described the RSS not merely as an organization but as a movement for nation-building that has consistently empowered service, dedication, and cultural consciousness within society.

He acknowledged the current global landscape filled with crises, including competition among superpowers, conflicts in West Asia, rising oil prices, and supply chain disruptions affecting India and the world. Additionally, he pointed out that the new revolution in artificial intelligence is set to transform the global economy and society rapidly. Birla expressed confidence that despite numerous challenges, this is India's time. He stated that India is entering an era of 'Amrit Kaal' (Golden Age), and if the nation strengthens its national capacity and self-reliance, it can play a leading role globally. He emphasized that business development is also a vital means of nation-building and highlighted the remarkable potential of India's youth to shape the future.

Moreover, Mohan Bhagwat mentioned that India has forgotten many of its strengths and preparations during a thousand years of subjugation, which now need to be revived. He reflected on the historical context, stating that those who enslaved India were not superior and that they were not even more numerous. He urged the need to rekindle the preparations that were lost over time.

Bhagwat pointed out that the world is currently facing struggles, social divisions, and environmental crises. The challenge of balancing development with environmental protection is pressing. He asserted that India possesses the cultural and spiritual vision necessary to guide humanity in a new direction. He warned that there are forces both within and outside the country that do not wish to see India grow stronger and that they attempt to create divisions based on minor issues.

He concluded by stating that the RSS is continuously working to strengthen unity, service, values, and patriotism within society. The volunteers of the RSS are engaged in empowering the nation through selfless service across various sectors. The event in Nagpur symbolized not just the conclusion of a training class but also the confident strides towards a new India.
