June Panchak 2026: In Sanatan Dharma, five days in every month are considered in which doing any auspicious or auspicious work is not considered auspicious. These five days of the month are called Panchak. In Sanatan Dharma, the days of Panchak are considered inauspicious. Even though Panchak lasts for five days, its names and effects change depending on which day it starts.

Panchak is going to start from tomorrow i.e. Saturday, 6th evening in the month of June. Panchak starting on Saturday is considered as Mrityu Panchak. This Panchak is considered very inauspicious and dangerous. According to astrology, when the Moon is in Dhanishtha, Shatabhisha, Purvabhadrapada, Uttarabhadrapada and Revati Nakshatra, then that is the time of Panchak. Do not do these things during Panchak

• Do not collect wood and grass at home during Panchak. It is not considered good to do so. Due to this there is fear of fire.
• Do not get the roof installed during Panchak. According to beliefs, by doing this there is a possibility of troubles and loss of money in the house.
• During Panchak, do not perform Mundan Sanskar for auspicious activities like marriage or engagement. There is a possibility of obstruction in these works and auspicious results may not be obtained.
• It is inauspicious to buy or weave a new bed or cot during the Panchak period. This can have a negative impact on the happiness and peace of the house.
• It is advised not to travel in the south direction during Panchak period. There is a possibility of accidents by traveling in this direction during Panchak.
• If someone dies during Panchak, then the last rites should be performed with special rules. . For peace, five effigies are made and burnt along with the dead body.
