After ending the rule of Trinamool Congress (TMC) in West Bengal, BJP is continuously targeting TMC. Meanwhile, the statement of Union Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda has come to light. He has made a scathing attack on TMC chief Mamata Banerjee. He said that the battle of Bengal was the country's battle in which the country got success.
He said that during the TMC government in Bengal, murders took place in broad daylight and no FIR was even registered. He said that the law and order situation in the state was bad. Bengal had become an entry point for infiltrators. Pointing towards the Chief Minister of the state, Subhendu Adhikari, he said that you have given freedom to Bengal. He said that I have closely seen that Bengal where law and order had completely collapsed.
The Union Minister said that in 2018, Mamata Banerjee was asked to implement the Ayushman Bharat scheme, but she refused to implement it. He said that we had written a letter to Mamata Banerjee on SECC data. At that time those letters were torn from the post office so that the public could not know.
Taking a dig at the former CM, JP Nadda said that Mamata Banerjee said – Hobe Na Hobe Na, we said – Hobe Hobe. He said that today Mamata Banerjee has come to Delhi. What is the condition of Hobe Na Hobe Na people today, their face is worth seeing.
He told that till date Rs 1.82 lakh crore has been received under the scheme. He said that this is a humanity-inspired scheme and a large number of people in Bengal will join this scheme and get benefits. He said that many migrant workers of the state will get benefits, there is a large population of such people. He said that 15.9 lakh senior citizens, 37 lakh Asha and Anganwadi workers will get the benefit of this scheme.
JP Nadda said that it has not been a month since the government was formed in the state and we have given the first installment of NHM of Rs 5027 crore to Bengal, while Rs 3000 lakh crore more will be given. He told that 33,778 girls have been given HPV vaccine. He said that this is the benefit of joining the government of development.
West Bengal Chief Minister Shubhendu Adhikari said that with the blessings of Sant Samaj, BJP government has been formed in Bengal, for this many thanks to Ram Krishna Mission. He said that the plan was signed within a month of the formation of the government. He said that in Odisha and Delhi, the people said goodbye to the old government, whereas in Bengal too, the people have ousted the government from power.
He said that the TMC government did not do any work in the state. He said that the old government had a problem with the word temple, hence the scheme was not implemented. He said that the Bengal government did not implement the Centre's policy towards TMC. He said that HPV vaccine was also not implemented by Mamata government. He told that after the change of power, the Central Government transferred the amount to Bengal. He said that the Center is requested to release the amount which was not received during the Mamata government, so that the health scheme can be implemented more effectively in the state. The CM said that Jan Aushadhi Centers will soon be opened in Bengal. All hospitals will be staffed soon. He said that our effort is that the people of Bengal should soon get the benefits of the scheme.
