Approximately 500 outstanding students from Class X and XII, representing various schools in the Palampur region, were honored for achieving 85% or higher in their board examinations. The ceremony took place at Villa Camellia, with students from both private and government institutions accompanied by their parents and teachers.

The awards were presented by Ashish Butail, the MLA of Palampur and former CPS.

Support and Recognition for Young Achievers

The event was backed by Minerva Study Circle and partnered with HIET Group of Institutions, P3Y, Dronacharya, and Digiperform, showcasing its expanding influence and reach.

Abhishek Prashad, an Assistant Professor at HIET, highlighted the shared foundations of engineering and education, emphasizing perseverance, innovation, and problem-solving. He stated, "The hard work and determination of these students indicate that Himachal's future is in capable hands."

He further remarked, "At HIET, we strive to create platforms for young minds to turn knowledge into innovation. These awards signify that academic success transcends grades, focusing on character, confidence, and vision."

A Movement for Young Achievers

Prashad also acknowledged the vital role of parents and teachers in shaping these achievers, encouraging students to let this recognition inspire their future endeavors in various fields, including engineering, medicine, and the arts.

The Shining Star Awards 4.0, conceptualized by a leading digital news platform in Himachal Pradesh, is more than just an award ceremony; it is a movement aimed at recognizing and uplifting young talent.

Continuing the legacy of previous editions from 2023 to 2025, this initiative celebrates hard work and academic excellence among the youth of Himachal Pradesh, promoting well-being and achievement beyond academics.

Looking Ahead

Sunil Chadha, the Executive Editor, emphasized the broader vision behind the awards, stating, "We are here not only to celebrate merit but to cultivate a future with these bright minds. These stars represent our strength, and this recognition is merely the beginning."

With Palampur setting a high standard, the Shining Star Awards 4.0 will soon extend its reach to other districts in Himachal Pradesh, continuing its mission of recognition and encouragement.
