Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s wife and renowned interior designer Gauri Khan gave a makeover to a simple terrace of actress Katrina Kaif’s house. Katrina wanted the terrace of her house to have an ‘earthy’ and ‘warm’ vibe, where she could spend moments of relaxation after a tiring day of work and shooting. Expressing her desire to Gauri, she said that she wants a place where she can hang out with friends and enjoy tea or coffee. After seeing the beautiful pictures of Katrina Kaif’s terrace, you will also feel like recreating it.
As soon as Gauri Khan’s team took up this project, the first thing Gauri Khan’s team did was to change the old look of the roof. For this, the tiles already installed on the terrace were removed and very beautiful new tiles were installed in their place. To give a new and modern look to the walls, 3D tiles were used, which changed the foundation of the entire space.
The biggest feature of this makeover was the environment-friendly changes. Solar panels were installed on the roof of Katrina. Gauri Khan believes that home solarization is not only good for the environment, but it also reflects your good life choices. After the installation of solar rooftop, the roof got a very aesthetic and modern look. The special thing is that during the entire designing, Gauri also included Katrina’s inputs and preferences.
