He looked quite emotional after losing two of his friends one after the other in the last few days. Meanwhile, he also remained in the news regarding the film Black Deer.
Let us tell you that the black buck case is a very old case to Salman Khan. Director Amit Jani is making a film on this. But Salman Khan has termed it wrong and has demanded a ban on the film. They had sent a notice after the poster was released but now that the teaser of the film has been released. So the actor has taken legal steps and approached the High Court.
Salman was seen taking legal steps for personality rights. As soon as the teaser of Black Deer was released, he approached the High Court demanding an immediate ban on the production, promotion and release of the film. The actor has alleged that the film is inspired by his much talked about black buck poaching case of 1998.
A petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court in which Salman Khan has claimed that the producer of the film has used an actor who looks like him to harm his image. Something to his identity like his bracelet has been worn. The makers are directly taking advantage of Salman’s name and image to promote their film. Which is a violation of their publicity and personality rights.
In the petition, the actor has also said that the release of the film could affect the ongoing legal action against him and harm his image. The actor has demanded a ban on the material to the production, release, streaming and promotion of the film. This petition can be heard soon.
