Shankaracharya Govardhan Visit 2026: The biggest and political news of this time is coming out from the holy religious city of Govardhan in Uttar Pradesh. Pujya Shankaracharya ji, who reached Govardhan, has given a very strong and direct message to the voters of the country and the Sanatani society, after which the political temperature has suddenly increased. He has clearly said that the people of the country should give their valuable votes only to cow protectors and not to cow killers.
While explaining the power of vote, Shankaracharya ji said in a warning tone to the countrymen, “Remember, your one vote can make you a cow protector for the whole life and the same one wrong vote can make you a sinner of cow slaughter i.e. cow killer. Therefore, whenever you go to vote, use your franchise only after thinking very thoughtfully and deeply.”
Continuing his address, Shankaracharya ji made it clear that while voting, instead of looking at the party’s color or flag, one should look at the intentions of the candidate. He said that the public should support whichever party or candidate’s policies and ideology are completely in favor of cow protection (protection of mother cow), no matter which political party that candidate is associated with.
Shankaracharya ji also revealed that his current religious journey is being undertaken specifically with the aim of establishing direct communication with the common voters of the country. Shaking the society, he said that now the time has come when the Sanatani society will have to bring forward such honest and strong people from among itself in politics and leadership, who are completely dedicated to Sanatan values, culture and cow protection.
Shankaracharya ji gave a big statement while talking about the system of the country. He said that this country basically belongs to Sanatani people, hence there should be a clear reflection of Sanatan values in the governance system and government policies of the country. Protection of mother cow should not be limited to speeches only, but it has to become a part of the government machinery.
On this auspicious occasion, a very unique “One Note Campaign” was launched grandly for the protection and care of mother cows at the grassroots level. Shankaracharya ji has appointed Dheeraj Kaushik as his official representative for the efficient operation, supervision and expansion of this big campaign across the country, who will take this entire work forward.
A large number of local devotees, cow protectors from all over the country and common citizens were present in this grand religious program organized in Govardhan. Every person present in the program listened to Shankaracharya ji’s thoughts and messages very attentively.
