But while the players reached without any problem, a vehicle carrying their luggage was targeted by thieves.

It has been said in the reports that out of all the goods sent in that vehicle, only one football was left.
In this case, Kansas City Police immediately started investigation and made some arrests. According to the information, Kansas Police spokesperson said that the investigation of the case is going on rapidly and till now two suspects have been detained. The Football Association (FA), the governing body of English football, is also engaged in the recovery of the goods in collaboration with the legal agencies of Kansas.
England, present in Group-L, has to play its first match against Croatia in Dallas on Wednesday, June 17 (June 18 in India).
