Bank Jobs: Are you looking for a job in a bank? If so, this news is for you. Central Bank of India (CBI) has announced recruitment for Apprentice positions. Applications for this recruitment must be submitted via the official website. A total of 4,500 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. The recruitment notification was released on June 12, which is also when the online application process began. The deadline for submitting the application form is June 22.
Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for these positions must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India. Candidates possessing equivalent qualifications are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years of age. This means the candidate's date of birth must not be earlier than May 31, 1998, or later than May 31, 2006 (both dates inclusive).
Additionally, candidates must have a good understanding of the local language of the state for which they are applying. According to the notification, a relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided: three years for reserved categories like OBC, and five years for SC/ST candidates.
Selection Process
Selection for this recruitment will be based on an online examination and a local language test. The online examination will be conducted by BFSI SSC. It will consist of 100 questions carrying a total of 100 marks, with a duration of 60 minutes.
Application Fee
Male candidates belonging to the General, EWS, and OBC categories are required to pay a fee of ₹944. For female candidates, the fee is ₹708. Candidates belonging to SC/ST, PwD (Persons with Disabilities), and transgender categories must pay an application fee of ₹236.
