UP Police SI PET Date 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has announced the scheduled dates and important guidelines for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) regarding the direct recruitment for the posts of Sub-Inspector (SI) - Civil Police and equivalent ranks (Recruitment-2025). Recruitment Process for 4,543 Posts
According to the official notification, a total of 4,543 posts are to be filled through this recruitment process. The written examination for this was conducted on March 14 and 15, 2026. Following the declaration of the written exam results, the Board invited approximately 2.7 times the number of advertised posts—categorized according to merit and the reservation policy of Uttar Pradesh—for Document Verification (DV) and the Physical Standard Test (PST).

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Schedule
The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for candidates who successfully cleared the Document Verification and Physical Standard Test (DV/PST) stage—or were found provisionally eligible—will be conducted during the months of June and July. The examination schedule determined by the Board is as follows:

Candidates' admit cards will be uploaded to the Board's official website (uppbpb.gov.in/) approximately seven days before the scheduled examination date.
