UPPSC GIC Lecturer Answer Key: A crucial official notification has been issued by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) regarding the recruitment examination for Lecturers in Government Inter Colleges. The Commission has released the answer key for the Lecturer (Male/Female) Government Inter College (Preliminary) Examination held on June 14, 2026.

This answer key has been released specifically for questions 01 to 40 of the General Studies (GS) section, which covers various subjects (such as Sociology, Geography, Economics, Civics, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, History, Biology, Hindi, Urdu, and Sanskrit).

This link will remain available on the website until June 23, 2026. For the convenience of candidates, the correct answers among the options provided below the questions have been highlighted and underlined (enclosed in a rectangular box) by the Commission.

Process for raising objections
If any candidate finds an objection or discrepancy regarding the questions and answers displayed on the website, they may submit their representation following the procedure outlined below:

Application in the prescribed format: Candidates must write out the full question on the prescribed format, mentioning the question's serial number and the correct options. Additionally, they must state the Commission's answer and the answer proposed by the candidate (including options a, b, c, and d).

Evidence is mandatory: It is mandatory to attach relevant and certified evidence in support of the objection. Applications lacking evidence, or containing illegible or irrelevant evidence, will not be considered.

Submission address: Candidates must send their objections in a sealed envelope. It is essential to mark "General Studies" on the envelope. The envelope should be addressed to 'Controller of Examinations, Highly Confidential-5 Section, U.P. Public Service Commission, Prayagraj-211018'.

Mode and deadline for submission: Candidates may submit their objections via post or in person at the Commission's counter. The deadline for submitting objections is 5:00 PM on June 23, 2026 (on any working day).
