A very good news has emerged for crores of food donors of the country. The 23rd installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, one of the most popular schemes of the Central Government, has finally been released. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has transferred a huge amount of Rs 18,880 crore directly into the bank accounts of a total of 9.44 crore farmers of the country during a grand program from Tarakeswar located in Hooghly, West Bengal.
Under this new installment, an amount of Rs 2,000 each has been sent directly to the bank accounts of all eligible farmers through DBT i.e. Direct Benefit Transfer. Along with this, the long wait of crores of farmers associated with the scheme for the 23rd installment is now completely over. But, if the message of payment has not yet come on your mobile or you are afraid whether your installment will come or not, then you can easily check your status sitting at home.
If you are also a registered farmer and the PM Kisan Yojana money has not yet been credited to your bank account, then there is no need to worry at all. There may be some minor flaw in your government documents or verification process. To avoid this problem, you should immediately get your e-KYC, land seeding, and your bank account linked.
Keep in mind that to continuously avail the benefits of this government scheme, the government has made e-KYC completely mandatory. To accomplish this, you can update your information through OTP or face-authentication by visiting the official portal of PM Kisan. Apart from this, also check whether the verification of your land records i.e. land seeding has been completed or not. If ‘No’ is visible in your status, then without any delay contact your nearest agriculture office or area Patwari.
The process of checking your status is very easy. For this, first of all you will have to visit the official website of the scheme pmkisan.gov.in. After the homepage opens, click on the option ‘Know Your Status’ given there. After this, a new page will open in front of you, where you will have to enter your registration number and the captcha code shown on the screen. After filling this, an OTP will come on your registered mobile number, through which you will have to complete the verification. Once the verification is successful, your status will appear on the screen. If there is a green tick in front of e-KYC in your status, it clearly means that the money will come to your account very soon.
If you want to see the list of beneficiaries of your entire village, then first go to the official portal of PM Kisan pmkisan.gov.in. There you will see an option of ‘Beneficiary List’, on which you will have to click. After this, some drop-down menus will appear in front of you, in which you will have to carefully select the name of your state, district, sub-district, block and your village. After filling all this information, click on the ‘Get Report’ button given below. By doing this, the complete list of beneficiaries of your entire village will open in front of you, where you can easily find your name.
For those who do not know about this scheme in detail, let us tell them that the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was officially launched by the Central Government on February 24, 2019. Under this very welfare scheme, financial assistance of Rs 6,000 is given every year to all the eligible small and marginal farmers of the country for their farming needs. The government transfers this entire amount directly into the bank accounts of the farmers in the form of three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each throughout the year. Including today’s installment, the government has successfully released a total of 23 installments so far.
