Casemiro is reportedly on the verge of joining Inter Miami, according to Sky Sports. The Brazilian midfielder is believed to be keen on teaming up with Lionel Messi in the United States.

Inter Miami has emerged as a destination for some of football’s biggest names in recent years, with Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba, Luis Suarez, and Sergio Busquets already part of the squad — and now Casemiro could be the next major addition.

The Brazilian left Manchester United this summer after spending four years with the Premier League side.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have had a £87 million offer for Yan Diomande rejected by RB Leipzig, as reported by the Liverpool Echo.

The Merseyside club have been tracking the Ivory Coast winger for several weeks. However, with the player currently competing at the World Cup, RB Leipzig are said to be holding out for at least £100 million before considering a sale.

In an unexpected development, Brazilian icon Ronaldinho has announced his return from retirement to sign for Serie C club Ravenna FC at the age of 46.

Ronaldinho, who last played professionally for Fluminense in 2015, also holds shares in Ravenna and expressed his excitement about the new chapter.

He said, “New colours, same smile. I cannot wait to dance with the ball and write a beautiful new story with Ignazio Cipriani and the Cipriani family. Football has always brought me joy, and I’m thrilled to bring that same spirit to Ravenna. Let the magic begin!”

Elsewhere, Real Madrid have officially dismissed claims linking them with Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise. The Spanish giants issued a formal statement to refute ongoing rumours suggesting an interest in the French winger.

The statement read: “In light of reports published by various media outlets regarding an alleged interest from our club in Bayern Munich player Michael Olise, Real Madrid C. F. wishes to clarify that it has not had any direct or indirect contact with the player, his representatives, or anyone in his close circle.”

It further stated: “Real Madrid also wishes to emphasise the excellent institutional relationship it maintains with Bayern Munich, a relationship built on mutual respect, collaboration, and admiration. The club regrets the spread of unfounded speculation that does not reflect reality.”
