The National Testing Agency has issued a crucial notice regarding the exam timings for students appearing for the NEET UG 2026 re-exam. Scheduled for June 21, candidates will receive an additional 15 minutes beyond the standard time. Therefore, it is vital for candidates to be aware of the complete schedule. Entry to the exam centers will commence well before noon, and students are advised to arrive early to facilitate security checks, document verification, and biometric processes.

According to the NTA, the NEET UG re-exam will kick off at 2 PM. Although the exam typically lasts for three hours, this time students will have an extra 15 minutes to read the question paper and fill in necessary details. Consequently, the exam will run from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.

To ensure a fair and transparent examination process, special security arrangements have been implemented. Many centers will employ additional checks, CCTV cameras, and high-tech gadgets. The NTA has urged students to disregard rumors circulating on social media and to rely solely on information provided on the official website.

The NTA has made it clear that candidates must bring their admit card, a passport-sized photo, and a valid photo ID proof (such as an Aadhaar card or PAN card). Entry will be denied without these documents. Additionally, bringing mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, or any electronic items into the exam center is strictly prohibited.
