Gorakhpur Triple Murder Case: In Balua village of Basgaon police station area in Gorakhpur, a minor brutally murdered his elder brother, sister-in-law and three-year-old nephew with a sharp weapon due to a family dispute. On receiving information about this incident, SP South Dinesh Puri, SSP Dr. Kaustubh reached the spot late on Sunday night and started investigation after inspecting the matter.
Also, the police has taken the accused into custody. The deceased have been identified as Amit Gupta, his wife Ranjana Gupta and three-year-old son Ryan Gupta. According to sources, on the day of the incident, all three were sleeping in the same room at night. According to the family members of the deceased, there was a dispute over some issue at night and after that everyone went to sleep. The same day, at around 2.30 am, the accused reached her room and attacked her fatally with a sharp weapon while she was sleeping. After this attack, all three died on the spot due to serious injuries.
Interrogation of the accused continues after taking him into custody.
After this incident, the police have detained the accused and are interrogating him. Also, a thorough investigation is going on into the circumstances behind the incident. Apart from this, the police is also busy collecting information from nearby people and other family members. A case has been registered in Bansgaon police station on the complaint of the deceased’s father. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire area due to the murder of three members of the same family. Also the local people are shocked by this painful incident.

He wanted to kill his father but his brother kept coming in the way. Troubled by this, the first thing he tried to do was to remove his brother from the way. Therefore, he carried out a murderous attack and as soon as his sister-in-law and nephew woke up during the attack, the accused brutally murdered them too.
