The parachute got so stuck in the crane that the man kept swinging between life and death in the air for about 4 hours.
According to the report of The Sun, this incident took place in Nancheng city of China. While flying in the sky, the wind suddenly became so strong that the pilot lost control of his parachute. He drifted with the wind towards a building under construction and his parachute got entangled in the upper part of the crane installed there.
When someone present below saw this person hanging in the air, he immediately informed the emergency services without wasting time. When the fire brigade team reached the spot around 6.15 pm, they were faced with a big challenge. There was construction debris and deep pits on the ground below, due to which the team could not lay any safety cushion below. Ultimately the rescue team showed wisdom and used a 236 feet long ladder to reach the person.
Firefighters reached the crane and cut the entangled parachute ropes. At around 10 pm, that is, after 4 hours of hard work, the person could be brought down safely. It is a matter of relief that the person did not suffer any serious injury, but due to hanging in the air for so long, hungry and thirsty, he had become a victim of severe dehydration.
