Now the national president of the powerful Yellow Sena, Shabana Khandelwal, has also entered this whole matter. Shabana Khandelwal has reacted very strongly to the alleged statements made by Nazia Ilahi on various forums and social media. He has bluntly said that no one can be allowed to play with anyone’s faith in the country.
In fact, for the last few days, huge resentment is being seen among the people in different parts of the country regarding the alleged statements of Nazia Ilahi. In view of this, Shabana Khandelwal has appealed to the government and investigating agencies to immediately intervene in this matter. He said that India is a country where all religions and faiths are respected wholeheartedly. In such a situation, no person has any right to make such indecent comments, which can hurt the sentiments of crores of people and spoil the age-old social harmony.
Considering the seriousness of the matter, the national president of the powerful Yellow Sena has made a big demand from the Government of India, the Home Ministry and the concerned investigating agencies of the country. Shabana Khandelwal said that Nazia Ilahi’s alleged statements should be investigated impartially and in depth. He made it clear that if the allegations against Nazia Ilahi are found true in the investigation, then very strict action should be taken against her within the ambit of the law.
Shabana Khandelwal emphasized that in a democratic country the law is equal for everyone, no matter who they are. No influential person or individual can ever be allowed to spread tension or disharmony in the society. While giving advice, he said that whenever someone talks on religious topics, he should show utmost restraint and responsibility.
In fact, maintaining the unity, integrity and brotherhood of the country is not only the responsibility of the government but of all our countrymen. Shabana Khandelwal believes that in such sensitive matters, the government should also take quick and strict steps without wasting time so that the situation does not go out of control.
Taking his point further, he said that the powerful Yellow Army has always stood in favor of social harmony, mutual respect and protection of constitutional values. The organization clearly believes that any derogatory comment made towards any religion, great man or religious belief works to create a gap in the society. This is why strict legal action becomes extremely necessary in such cases.
In the end, Shabana Khandelwal also made an emotional appeal to the people of the country. He has asked all the countrymen to maintain peace and patience. He said that we all should have full faith in the law and order system of the country and instead of giving in to any kind of provocation, we should work together to strengthen social harmony.
