Take these steps immediately if your belongings go missing.

• If any of your belongings go missing during the journey, inform the railway staff immediately.
• Also, notify the TTE (Travelling Ticket Examiner) present on the train about the incident.
• If the TTE is not in the coach at that moment, inform the Station Master.
• You can also report the incident to the RPF (Railway Protection Force).

• You no longer need to visit the station to file a complaint.
• You can register a complaint using the ‘Rail Madad’ app or portal.
