The Bijpur Premier League (BPL) cricket competition, organized under the aegis of Samriddhi Jan Kalyan Sansthan at Naktu Ground in Bijpur, came to a grand conclusion late on Tuesday night. In this exciting cricket tournament that lasted for five days, various teams from the region performed brilliantly and entertained the sports lovers a lot.
The final match was very exciting, in which the team of Rihand Boys displayed an excellent game and defeated the team of Shaktinagar and won the title of BPL 2026. The enthusiasm of the players, sportsmanship and the huge crowd of spectators during the match made the entire event memorable.
In the closing ceremony, President of Samriddhi Jan Kalyan Sansthan Siddharth Gupta, Javed Ahmed and Mahavir Singh Gond honored the players of the winning and runner-up teams by presenting them trophies, medals and awards. Wishing a bright future for the players, he said that sports are an important medium for the physical, mental and all-round development of youth.
Chief guests of the program, Jeet Singh Khairwar, Devendra Gupta and Amresh Tiwari encouraged the players and appreciated the event. He said that such sports events provide the youth an opportunity to showcase their talent and promote sports culture in the area.
