How is the movie?

'Welcome to the Jungle' is a mass entertainer film, this film directly connects the audience in metro cities as well as the heart of our country i.e. single screens and mass pockets. The first half of the film is a bit slow. Only 35 minutes of the beginning are spent in creating the base of the story, and the journey of laughter that starts after that makes the audience laugh and this is perhaps the first time in the history of Bollywood that even in the interval of the film, a song filmed on Akshay Kumar and Disha Patani has been shown.

Seeing Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon together on screen after so many years is no less than a big surprise. Earlier we had seen their romance and amazing chemistry, but the kind of comedy done by both of them in this film is worth watching. When Raveena Tandon, seeing Akshay Kumar, utters the dialogue, 'Where were you for 20 years?' So the theater echoes with applause. The second half (post-interval) of the film is funny, we cannot stop it even if we want to, but Ahmed Khan has tried to add so many spices and twists to the story that at some places the film loses its pace and shine.

direction

After a huge flop like 'Baaghi 4', no one had much expectations from director Ahmed Khan. But he has made an amazing comeback in this film. It was not an easy task to handle such a huge and huge star cast and to give proper space to each actor on the screen. But Ahmed Khan understood the USP (strength) of each actor and wrote his characters and punches accordingly. The dialogues of the film make one laugh till stomach ache at many places.

acting

Even though there is a whole host of stars on the screen in Welcome to the Jungle, Akshay Kumar is the helmsman of this whole boat. With his amazing comic timing and acting, he carries the entire film on his shoulders. Sunil Shetty and Arshad Warsi have done excellent work in their respective roles. The trio of Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav and Shreyas Talpade have made a tremendous impact as on-screen film makers. As always, Johnny Lever steals the show in just a few of his scenes. But the real life and the biggest turning point of this film are the characters of Azadganj village. The film goes to a different level with the entry of Farida Jalal, Raveena Tandon and Kiran Kumar. Jackie Shroff is fantastic as the villain. However, Disha Patani and Jacqueline Fernandes did not have much to do, they got very limited screen time. All the actors have tried to give justice to their characters.

see or not

If you like movies that give a deep message or have a lot of logic in their story, then this movie can give you a headache. The first half of the film seems a bit long and dull at some places, which could have been made a little more crisp on the editing table.

Overall, it is not necessary that every film gives a message of improving the society or entertains the audience by showing scenes of violence. Entertainment is also a major purpose of cinema and 'Welcome to the Jungle' fulfills the same purpose. As a great man has said in Son of Sardar, Hey Paaji, please laugh sometime, this film follows exactly this philosophy. Just as every kind of food is necessary to change the taste, similarly this film strikes a good balance amidst the falling comic standards of Bollywood. If you just want to laugh without any mental exercise, then this film can prove to be worth every penny for you.
