Ram Mandir Donation Scam: The opposition had been raising the demand for registering an FIR for many days in the Ram Temple offering theft case. After which, on Thursday, an FIR has been registered against 8 people on the complaint of Krishna Mohan, a member of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. But, after the FIR is registered, politics will intensify further. SP President Akhilesh Yadav has accused the FIR of being registered in this case to save big faces.
Former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav wrote in his ex-post after the FIR was registered, “Injustice will be seen in BJP rule… This tableau will hang Fungi, branches will get amnesty!” He further said, “The public is saying that first under the pretext of SIT, all the evidence must have been cleared and it must have been decided which big fishes have to be saved and which ones have to be trapped, after that the FIR is being filed. It seems that a report must have been made and given to the SIT first and the investigation must have been conducted accordingly, meaning the conclusion must have been drawn first.”
According to sources, the FIR has been lodged after indications of financial irregularities were detected during investigation of the collection and deposit process of offerings at the Ram temple. In this FIR, complaint has been made against 8 people. Action was taken. On the basis of the facts revealed in the preliminary report of the SIT, the police have registered a case and started further investigation. Let us tell you that new allegations, documents and questions were continuously coming to the fore in the offering theft case. Now after the FIR has been registered by the Trust, the matter seems to be moving towards a formal criminal investigation.
