Akshay Kumar Film Welcome To The Jungle: Akshay Kumar's most awaited multi-starrer film 'Welcome to Jungle' has been released in theatres. There is a huge buzz in theaters regarding this film. While on one hand Akshay Kumar's amazing comic timing and his amazing chemistry with Sunil Shetty are forcing the audience to laugh loudly in the theatre, on the other hand some weak aspects of the film have also come to light.
If the makers had worked a little more on these 5 big mistakes, this film could have become an all-time blockbuster in the history of comedy. Let us know which are those 5 episodes, where the film remained a little weak.
The biggest weakness of the film is visible on its editing table. This film of 2 hours 45 minutes becomes very dull at some places. If the editor had used the scissors a little wisely and shown the way out of unnecessary scenes, the flow of the film would have been much better. Today's audience likes crisp and fast-paced cinema, where this film lost a bit.
Usually, the heart of any comedy film is the first part of it, which keeps the audience engaged. But 'Welcome to the Jungle' The pace of the first half is quite slow. The makers took so long to set the characters on screen and create the base of the story that the audience has to wait a long time for the real comedy. If the pace of the first half had been increased a little, the film would have kept the audience glued to the theater seats from the very beginning.
The 'Welcome' franchise is known for its carefree, light-hearted and situational comedy. But this time the makers have forcefully tried to add a serious track of patriotism, army and terrorism in the story, which does not fit the mood of this comedy film at all. The audience believes that instead of this serious military and terrorism angle, if the makers had focused only on the madness and comic confusion of the characters, the fun of the film would have doubled.
A huge army of stars (more than 32 big actors) has been fielded in the film. In the process of giving screen time to so many characters, actresses like Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez and Lara Dutta have become just a 'glamour quotient'. Due to this huge crowd of characters, these actresses did not get a chance to show their comic timing.
There were neither any powerful dialogues nor any major twist in the story.

Paresh Rawal (Director Das), Rajpal Yadav (Dev) and Sunil Shetty (Yeda Anna) have tried their best to handle the film with their excellent acting. But while leaving the theatre, one thing sticks most in the mind of the audience and that is the missing aura of Anil Kapoor (Majnu Bhai) and Nana Patekar (Uday Bhai). The one-liners of the new characters are good, but they do not make up for the iconic and cult style of Uday-Majnu, which was the real soul of this franchise.
Overall, 'Welcome to Jungle' is definitely a one-time watch worth watching, which you can enjoy with your family. Akshay Kumar's old style will not disappoint you, just keep your expectations graph normal while going to the theatre!
