The case of theft of donations to Ram temple remains in the headlines. After the registration of the FIR and the arrest of the accused, many big revelations have also been made. Along with this, politics is also going on on this issue. In this context, Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has attacked the government. He said that instead of suppressing the matter in the name of investigation of donations received for Ram temple, there should be a transparent investigation. Everyone involved in this should be given strict punishment.

Priyanka Gandhi asked whether lower level employees can single-handedly switch off CCTV cameras? Can they misappropriate donations worth thousands of crores of rupees? In a post, he wrote, the entire country is shocked by this fraudulent act of theft and plunder committed against the faith of Lord Ram who is Maryada Purushottam and the protector of truth and religion and of crores of his devotees.

Is there connivance of powerful people in misappropriation of offerings?

He said, Lord Ram resides in the sacred feelings of crores of people. With this devotion, people bow their heads in the temple and donate. Those who have committed theft in Ram temple have committed a grave sin. An important question is also – is there connivance of powerful people in the misappropriation of offerings? Instead of suppressing the matter in the name of investigation, there should be a transparent investigation. All those involved in theft should be given severe punishment.
