Portugal have officially announced their starting lineup for the crucial encounter against Colombia, scheduled to kick off at 8:30 p.m. this Saturday (27 June) at Miami Stadium.

Although both nations have already sealed qualification from Group K, this match will determine who finishes at the top of the table. Colombia currently lead with six points, while Portugal are close behind on four.

There had been some uncertainty regarding the selection, with names such as Diogo Dalot, Nélson Semedo, Francisco Conceição, and Rafael Leão being discussed as potential surprise inclusions in the starting XI.

Head coach Roberto Martínez, however, has opted for stability, making only one alteration to his previous lineup. Rúben Neves replaces João Neves in midfield, as Portugal look to secure top spot in the group.

The confirmed lineup for Portugal is as follows: Diogo Costa; João Cancelo, Rúben Dias, Renato Veiga, and Nuno Mendes; Vitinha, Rúben Neves, and Bruno Fernandes; Pedro Neto, João Félix, and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Fans will be eager to see whether captain Cristiano Ronaldo can lead his side to victory once again – and perhaps celebrate with his trademark cheer before the final whistle.
