Food poisoning is a condition in which the body becomes infected by consuming food or water contaminated with bacteria, viruses or their toxins. Salmonella, E. Pathogens such as E. coli, Campylobacter, Listeria and Norovirus are responsible for this. Symptoms may appear hours to days after eating contaminated food.
Not keeping food at proper temperature
If cooked food is kept outside for a long time, bacteria will grow faster.
Unsanitary of hands and kitchen
Not washing hands before cooking, using unsanitary utensils or chopping board can cause infection.
Improper storage of leftovers
Food that is not kept properly in the fridge or that is reheated frequently can also be a health hazard.

Keep raw and cooked food separate and only eat fully cooked food.
Store properly
Refrigerate leftovers as soon as possible and don’t leave them out for long periods of time.
